DESCRIPTION:Ki & Aikido in daily life workshopThis workshop will transmit concepts\, approaches and exercises in a practical ‘hands on’ environment\, as continuously developed in the way of Ki Aikido (shin shin toitsu do) over the past 60 years.\nPartner work will be central\, so bring a partner if you can (no problem if not\, you will work with another participant)! \nKi is both basic and essential for the persistence and growth of life and human relationships. This study of body and mind promotes a way of living with uncertainty and danger that life today and ever presents. We can learn how to act better and create a new future. We train the perception and correct condition of mind and body so as to be able to act without ‘thinking’ or creating mental confusion. This is particularly relevant given the emergence of technology\, materiality and forms of violence in society. \nFurthermore\, Aikido is neither sport nor fighting art\, it is based on meditation and understanding life. \n\nPovezava do originalnega članka
